Overview
NexusNova built EnforceCam, an AI-powered civic enforcement platform that unifies three stakeholder groups — citizens, environmental officials, and enforcement officers — on a single, role-based system. The platform handles the full enforcement lifecycle: from mobile-app citizen submissions and AI evidence validation to officer dispatch, field resolution, and analytics reporting. Every action is identity-verified, geo-tagged, and permanently logged.
Challenge
Environmental enforcement in the Lagos Agege area relied on manual, fragmented processes — reports were unverified, handoffs between officials and field officers were slow, and there was no reliable record of case outcomes. The agency needed a system that could handle high submission volumes, prevent fraudulent reports, enforce accountability at every stage, and give management real-time visibility into enforcement performance.
Solution
NexusNova designed and developed EnforceCam as a full-stack, cloud-based platform with distinct dashboards for each user role. Citizens submit violations via a mobile-friendly web app with NIN/BVN identity verification, photo/video evidence, and automatic GPS tagging. Environmental officials review AI-validated submissions in a web dashboard, confirm offences, and assign cases. Enforcement officers receive case notifications on mobile, dispatch to locations, and resolve cases in the field. Management accesses live analytics — case volumes, resolution rates, officer performance — exportable for reporting. The entire system maintains a permanent, immutable audit trail.
